Congratulations to Rede Frisby, middle, who won the 70kg category in the ANB Asia Pacifics bodybuilding championships.
Rede gave us some motivational fitness tips on CraigLawson.net at the start of the year and it’s great to see all his hard work has paid off.
It’s been an inspiration to see how much calculation and motivation it can take to achieve these results.
On his facebook page after the competition he posted:
“Don’t expect to ‘push’ a weight for any time in the next two or so weeks. In the meantime….all-you-can-eat pancakes this morning were a great way to start the day,”
